Reconciliation Becomes Real When Your Systems Match Your Intentions
In today’s world, fostering meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities and incorporating Indigenous perspectives is essential for organizations seeking to build a more inclusive and respectful environment.
I help organizations move beyond performative reconciliation and into Indigenous-centered systems, governance structures, and leadership practices that create real, measurable change.
Grounded in Indigenous worldviews.
Aligned with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
Built for leaders who are ready to do the work.
You're here because you know your organization needs to do better, not just in words, but in the decisions you make, the systems you run, and the relationships you build.
And you're right.
Reconciliation isn't a workshop.
It isn't a land acknowledgement.
It isn't an internal committee with no authority.
Reconciliation is a system. One that demands clarity, courage, and a willingness to transform the way you lead.
That's where I come in.
Who Am I
I'm Michelle Bryant-Gravelle, an Indigenous executive leader, educator, coach and consultant who has spent more than 25 years helping organizations build culturally grounded, UNDRIP aligned systems that honour Indigenous rights and create long-term inpact.
I've lead transformational work inside one of the largest municipalities in Canada, shaped governance and engagement protocols with Indigenous Nations, and coached leaders across sectors who are committed to doing reconciliation differently.
My work centers integrity, accountability, cultural safety, and the belief that transformation is not only possible, it is necessary.

Coaching Services
I Help Women Lead Without Losing Themselves.
For years, I led inside systems that were never designed for women like me: Indigenous, powerful, service oriented, strategic values-driven women who care deeply and carry more than most people will ever see.
I know what it feels like to rise in leadership while navigating politics, expectations, bias, burnout, and the never ending pressure to prove yourself.
I know the weight of being the one who holds everything together, at work, at home, and in community.
And I know how easy it is to shrink, to overfunction, to carry emotional labour that was never yours to hold.
But I also know what becomes possible when women stop leading from survival...
and start leading from identity, alignment and truth.
That's the work I do.
I coach women in high-impact roles to lead with clarity, confidence, and cultural integrity, without burning out.
My clients are directors, senior managers executives, change makers and Indigenous and non-Indigenous women navigating complex systems who want:
-
stronger boundaries
-
more confidence and presence
-
a leadership identity that feels authentic
-
support through political environments
-
healthier teams and relationships
-
a career that aligns with who they are
-
a life that doesn't require exhaustion
This is not "corporate coaching."
This is identity-based leadership, grounded in lived experience, cultural teachings, and 25+ years of leading inside government, education, industry and Indigenous relations.
You don't need to work harder.
You don't need to change who you are.
You don't need to fit a mold that was never built for you.
You need to lead in a way that honours your values, your voice, your culture, your energy, and your truth.
And I can help you get there.
If you're ready to lead differently, with more alignment, more freedom, and more power, you're in the right place.
This is where your leadership gets to evolve.
This is where you reclaim your identity.
This is where you stop carrying what was never meant for you.
This is where you rise, on your terms.
Let's begin.

MY STORY
Michelle Bryant-Gravelle
I am Indigenous, a mother, grandmother, and breast cancer survivor. I am from the Ts'msyen Nation, from the Nine Allied Tribes of Lax Kw'alaams, from the Gitwilgyoots (People of the Kelp) Tribe and Gispudwada (Killer Whale) Clan.
Life has presented me with many challenges, but I’ve always found the strength to pick myself up, learn from each experience, and transform it into something meaningful. Recognizing this as my gift, I decided to formalize it through Coach Certification, so I could help others do the same in their lives.
With a diverse background as a teacher, school administrator, and corporate executive, I hold a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education, a Master’s in Multidisciplinary Leadership, and a Diploma in Solution-Focused Coaching. I'm constantly expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients. As a certified Professional Coach, I have successfully guided individuals both in person and online, helping them achieve their goals and create a life aligned with their terms.
I work with clients from anywhere in the world, if you have internet access, we can connect. My coaching services are designed to bring clarity, foster self-motivation, and empower you to reach your highest potential.
I empower businesses to navigate the complexities of Indigenous inclusion. I specialize in developing culturally sensitive strategies that foster ethical business practices within Indigenous territories. By bridging the gap between corporate objectives and Indigenous community values, I help businesses create sustainable partnerships rooted in mutual respect and reciprocity. My approach aligns corporate growth with Indigenous rights, ensuring long-term success while honoring the traditional knowledge and governance of the land.
I have over 30 years experience working with and for Indigenous communities and I integrate my traditional teachings into my work. My board experience includes, Vice President of the Women's Leadership Network, an elected Trustee for the Lax Kw'alaams Settlement Trust, and a Director for Skilled Trades BC. My previous boards include, serving as the first Indigenous woman President of the Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce in their 110 year history, a Director for the Indigenous Business Investment Council, and the Medial of Good Citizenship for the Province of BC.

SOLUTION FOCUSED APPROACH
